MotoGP teams, riders, and bibs for 2022: Guide

7. Jorge Martin (89) and Johann Zarco, both of the Ducati Pramac Racing team (5)

The high level of competition displayed by Pramac Racing’s two riders made them one of the most surprising teams from the previous season.

8. Andrea Dovizioso (4) and Darryn Binder, both riding for WithU Yamaha RNF (40)

9. Honda LCR: Álex Márquez (73) and Takaaki Nakagami (30)

11. Ducati Gresini Racing: Enea Bastianini (23) and Fabio Di Giannantonio (49)

The Gresini name will be attached to a satellite Ducati that will compete in MotoGP in 2022. Enea Bastianini and Fabio Di Gianantonio will both hail from Italy and ride the Gresini machine.

The former driver came very close to winning the title of a best rookie in 2021, a year in which he finished on the podium twice at Misano and showed good form at Sepang, so we will need to keep an eye on him.

The second makes his debut after advancing through Moto2 with a good role. For his part, this marks the beginning of his career.

12. Ducati Mooney VR46 Racing: Luca Marini (10) and Marco Bezzecchi (72)

There is still hope for Valentino Rossi in the MotoGP championship because he will compete for his team. He can do this because his brother, Luca Marini and Marco Bezzecchi, moved up from Moto2 following a strong performance and was trained at Il Dottore’s rider academy.
